Morgan grew up in a small town just north of Memphis, Tennessee and graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a Retail and Consumer Science degree. After sensing God’s calling on his life, he attended the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas and graduated with a Master of Divinity degree with a concentration in Missions and Evangelism.
In 1999, Morgan and his wife began moving annually as a part of Billy Graham Evangelistic Association in setting up large evangelistic stadium events for Billy Graham Evangelistic Association which included St. Louis, Jacksonville, Louisville, Cincinnati, Dallas, San Diego, Los Angeles, Amsterdam. More recently he has led international tours in Adelaide, Australia, Birmingham and Sheffield England.
Morgan noticed a trypraying banner. At a church while driving in Birmingham England and contacted David Hill to see how to start trypraying in Seattle, Washington and throughout North America. He was thrilled to hear of how God already had held trypraying campaigns in Colorado, Washington DC, Chicago, San Diego, Ohio and Michigan just to name a few.
As a previous Pastor and a Citywide Evangelism Director in multiple cities, Morgan has a wealth of experience to help with church-wide, city-wide and state-wide campaigns for the US. Morgan would love to team up with you to pursue what God has stirred in your heart in reaching a world that is desperately trying everything else…and all they need to do is trypraying to find Jesus!
